Orangebox’s Campers&Dens is a modular, demountable workspace solution designed for adaptability. As work environments evolve, so do their spatial and technological needs.

The challenge was to integrate a seamless control system that aligns with the flexibility of Campers&Dens—without the constraints of complex wiring, battery maintenance, or fixed installations. Traditional wired solutions would limit repositioning and increase installation efforts, while battery-powered alternatives require ongoing maintenance.

Solution

To meet these demands, Genco Tech developed a custom control solution using  battery-free wireless EnOcean switches, integrated within a Casambi-enabled ecosystem. The EnOcean switch enables effortless user control of lighting and ventilation without requiring power or cables. This maks it the ideal fit for a reconfigurable space like Campers&Dens.

The solution includes:
