With EnOcean Tool the properties of selected EnOcean devices can be determined and individual information can be read out. The NFC interface of the smartphone is used for reading and writing. EnOcean modules use the energy harvesting principle, which obtains energy from the environment to supply self-powered wireless sensor networks. The battery-free wireless switches and sensors have the great advantage that they are completely maintenance-free and completely flexible in use.
